• 06:15 – 13:30 – on‑site registration for the recreational swim marathon
• 09:00 – Poreč Dolphin swim marathon START
• 10:00 – U14 water‑polo tournament
• 10:00 – diving‑school presentation (Splash pool, beach)
• 11:00 – sailing with skipper – Horizont Sailing Club
• 11:00 – Cornhole showcase & play
• 12:00 – SUP intro / mini‑school
• 14:00 – course closes / last swim‑start
• 15:00 – U14 water‑polo award ceremony
• 15:00 – recreational water‑polo tournament day 2
• 17:00 – swim marathon 2025 closes
• 19:00 – water‑polo tournament day 2 ends

• 08:00 – registration for kayak, Aquathlon & SUP regatta
