Anchovy Salting Workshop
Anchovy Salting Workshop – Preserve Tradition, Become a Keeper of Heritage!
We invite all mothers, grandmothers, granddaughters, aunts, friends, and lovers of traditional cuisine to join our anchovy salting workshop, which will take place on Friday, May 22, starting at 6:00 PM at the „Santa Marina“ Fisherman’s House Interpretation Centre https://ribarskakuca.hr/en .
The workshop is free of charge, but the number of places is limited!
Participation is possible in groups of up to 4 people. All groups will receive the necessary materials and instructions for preparing anchovies.
Your work during the workshop will enter a competition – the best salted anchovies will be announced and awarded at the big Anchovy Festival in July!
