Renters pay sojourn tax at a flat rate basis, and the amount of sojourn tax flat rate depends on the number of beds, in three equal instalments:
I instalment – no later than 31 July,
II instalment - no later than 31 August,
III instalment – no later than 30 September.

We remind the owners of holiday homes and flats to also check whether they have paid the tourist tax in full for everyone registered in their facility. Until 30.09. any debt should be paid.
